AutoCount HRMS is giving its Payroll module a fresh new look. Starting 8 June 2026, users can try out a brand-new interface that’s cleaner, more modern, and easier to use, for FREE!
If you use AutoCount HRMS for payroll, here’s a simple breakdown of what’s changing — and what’s not.
What’s Changing?
The update is all about looks, not logic. In other words:
- The screens will look different (new design, new layout)
- But how payroll is calculated stays exactly the same
So you don’t need to worry about your payroll numbers changing. This is purely a visual upgrade.
What’s Staying the Same?
Here’s the good news for anyone worried about a big learning curve:
- No changes to payroll calculations, formulas, or processing
- All your existing features and workflows still work the same way
- The old interface will still be available while you get used to the new one
There’s no set deadline for switching. You can move at your own pace, and AutoCount will announce later how long both versions (old and new) will run side by side.
When Can You Start Using It?
The new UI goes live on 8 June 2026. From that date, you can turn it on whenever you’re ready — it’s your choice.
How to Switch to the New UI
Turning it on is simple:
- Look for the “Try the New UI” option in the lower-right corner.
- Click “Try the New UI”.
That’s it. You’ll be switched over to the new payroll experience.
What Areas Are Getting the New Design?
The refreshed design touches several parts of the system, including:
- Portal, Dashboard & My Calendar
- Human Resource
- Tools
- Footer
- Help Centre
- AI Assistant (Siora)
Each of these areas gets a cleaner, more modern look while keeping all the functions you already know.
What About Help Guides and Tutorials?
AutoCount will be updating its help articles and video guides over time to match the new design. So if a guide still shows the old screens, don’t worry — the same steps still apply, updated visuals are just on the way.
