Notices & License Terms

1. Every purchase of AutoCount software includes a unique Product ID required for license activation.
2. User licenses are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another Product ID.
3. Each Product ID is exclusively linked to a single server machine Hardware ID for activation.
4. The first two (2) instances of clearing a permanent license tied to a Hardware ID within a calendar year are free of charge. From the third (3rd) clearance onwards, a service fee of RM100 per request will be applied.
5. To prevent service interruption, please ensure the server is not disconnected from the internet for more than 7 consecutive days.
6. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information in this registration form.
