How to Register for AutoCount Cloud Accounting

Welcome! If you’re new to AutoCount Cloud Accounting, follow this step-by-step guide to create your free trial account and set up your company in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Register a New Account

Click this link to register: https://accounting.autocountcloud.com/

  1. Fill in the registration form with:
    • Email address
    • Your full name
    • Mobile number
    • A secure password
  1. Click Submit to complete registration.

Step 2: Confirm Your Email

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email.

    • Open your inbox and click the confirmation link.
    • If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk Mail folders.
    • Once confirmed, your account is activated.

Step 3: Log In and Create a Company

  1. Once activated, click login in to account, or click to https://accounting.autocountcloud.com/ and log in using your email and password.
  2. After logging in, click Create New Company.
  3. Select Malaysia as your country.
  4. Choose your plan and click Try for Free.
  5. Select Free Mode Subscription.

Step 4: Company Profile Setup

  1. Fill in the company details:
    • Company Name
    • Select Fiscal Year Start Date (The start of your official accounting year)
    • Select Actual Data Start Date (The date you begin entering live data into the system)
    • Tax System: (only available for Basic Plan and above).
      If you’re using the Lite Plan, tax settings (e.g., SST) are not included.
  1. Review all the information carefully.
  2. Click Confirm to finish setup.

You’re Ready to Use AutoCount Cloud Accounting

Your company is now set up in Free Mode. You can begin entering transactions, managing income and expenses, and exploring cloud-based accounting features.

In Free Mode, you can create up to 60 purchase, 60 accounting, and 60 stock documents per year, with no limit on sales documents. Upgrade to a paid plan anytime to remove these limits and access more features.
